What would happen if we made just tiny adjustments to our mentalities day by day?  Not huge leaps in terms of change but small consistent, vital changes to our mind states day by day.  If we looked for a new expression of thought that could make even a slight shift in our thinking we could make tremendous progress.  If your mind-state is constantly growing and expanding, the perspective through which you are seeing daily events will evolve with those daily adjustments.  You and I could think better from every angle if we sought areas in our outlook that needed small changes on a daily basis.  Our mind-state could eventually shine like a brilliant flawless diamond because of our consistent polishing of the darkness within.  We make small important improvements and become better from every angle therefore letting in more light.

Our minds and inner consciousness will work and react better from every angle because of the intentional and deliberate sculpting of our thought process.  The real question we should run through our mind is, where do we need to grow and expand?  We are definitely not perfect, so finding a weakness should not be difficult.  Finding a weakness is like finding a jewel because those deficiencies can be completely transformed and we end up thinking better from every angle.

Imagine being able to smooth out rough edges and file down uneven surfaces in the realm of our thinking.  The more we get rid of mental baggage and transform that energy into a more useful frequency, a great weight will be lifted off of our shoulders.  We will be able to soar above everyday difficulties because living above the clouds is where we naturally exist.  We have gradually become better from every angle by making small consistent improvements in how we view life.  These changes have lifted our thinking (consciousness) above the level of average thought.  We are a more improved version over our previous self.  We made  a firm decision to transform our thought.  Small consistent changes improved our lives and we have become better from every angle because we lived for change and growth, not mediocrity.

The New Movie: THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN will be released on July 3, 2012 and is being distributed by SONY Pictures.  The film was shot in the USA and was directed by Marc Webb.  THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN was shot in 3D using Red Epic, Panavision Primo cameras and Zeiss Ultra Prime Lenses.

The plot for THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN places the main character Peter Parker in high school as a teenager.  Peter Parker is at a point in his life where he is searching for his origin and the keys that would explain the person he is becoming.  At this point in time Peter Parker has his eyes on a young lady (Gwen Stacy) who has become his first high school crush.  While all of this is going on Peter finds a briefcase that happens to belong to his father.  The discovery of this briefcase leads Peter to try to figure out all of the elements involved in the disappearing of his parents from his life.  This leads Peter to his fathers partner (Dr. Curt Connors) in the corporation they both ran: Oscorp.  THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN reveals that Dr. Curt Connor has an alter ego which is The Lizard.  The writers for this film include: Alvin Sargent, Steve Kloves, Steve Ditko, Stan Lee, and James Vanderbilt.

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN was developed when SONY made it known that SPIDER-MAN 4 was cancelled.  THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN will be released in 3D and Imax 3D.  With this movie being shot in 3D, the director intends on allowing the audience to feel what SPIDER-MAN is actually feeling as he zips through the air and city.

Whitney Houston Gone Too Soon is an complete understatement.  The world mourns the loss of the iconic pop singer Whitney Houston who died on February 11, 2012 at the age of 48.  May she be remembered for the joy she has brought into the lives of millions through her musical contributions.  May her soul rest in peace.

APPLE is being sued by the Shenzen, China based technology company Proview.  Proview is suing APPLE over the IPAD name.  Proview Technology is a subsidiary of Hong Kong based: Proview International Holdings, LTD.  Proview Technology is currently suing APPLE in a Beijing based court over ownership of the actual IPAD name trademark in China.  Proview is asking for $38 Million in damages with an additional apology from APPLE.  The company also wants APPLE to stop the sales and marketing for the IPAD tablet in the meantime.

The company Proview International registered the IPAD trademark in the year 2001.  Proview originally sold the trademark to a company in the UK called: IP Application Development who eventually sold the trademark rights to APPLE in 2006 for approximately $55,000.  Proview Technology has not honored APPLE’s trademark of the IPAD name within China.  With this being the case, Proview is currently selling many technology products which bear the IPAD name in China.  APPLE has counter sued stating that they have rights to the name.  The Chinese courts have found that Proview can use the trademarked IPAD name within China.

If APPLE does not win the appeal for this case it will have to rename it’s IPAD tablet when it is sold in China’s consumer market.  In order to retain the usage of the IPAD name in China it would have to pay Pr0view Technology to use the trademarked name.  A consultant firm called Hejun Vanguard Group who is handling debt restructuring for Proview is not impressed with APPLE’s actions within China.  They are claiming that APPLE had not secured the legal rights to use the IPAD name when they started to sell the tablet in China in September 2011.

If the results of this suit stand, the IPAD could possibly disappear from the Chinese market.  What is very ironic, is that China is the market in which APPLE’s growth is expanding most rapidly.  It is very difficult to understand how APPLE is being sued for the name of a product that is quickly becoming a standard in computing.   Even though APPLE purchased the name, there seems to have been some legal miscommunication along the way.  Hopefully this suit can be solved fairly for both parties in a timely manner.

Whether it is a camera, telescope or a binocular there is a way to focus on an image or target and fine tune its clarity.  The more sophisticated equipment will even allow you to isolate the image you’re focused on and fade the background images.  Even though this is a feature of a technological  item it can also be a state of mind to strive for.

Imagine having such a focus that you as the individual could fine tune your mind to only see the victorious outcome of your goals.  Nothing else can enter your mind because of the high level of concentration you are in.  All of the naysayers, obstacles, and difficulties, are faded to the background.  The background is so hazy and fuzzy that it is not even worth mentioning.  The goal is crystal clear and beyond high definition because the accomplishment of it takes priority over any opposing or competing events, people, or conditions.  It does not matter how loud the faded background becomes in terms of volume because your goal is clear within the center of the lens and you have put the sound on mute.  The goal is safely in range and with faith the steps leading to the accomplishment of it are secure.

No matter how bad the weather becomes in terms of people, places and things, since they exist in a faded unclear background, our goal can always be top priority within the center of our lens.  We can make it a priority by using our minds to focus on our goal in the right way.  We have to focus the lens (the mind) to automatically fade the characters we don’t want to see in the scenes that play through our mind.  It doesn’t take any energy to allow unwanted scenes to mix with our ultimate goals in life.  To have the power to bring the images or scenes most important to us to the forefront, and fade the unnecessary scenes in our mind and experience is an effort of the inner will.  There is a price that must be paid to focus the lens and see victory.

The SONY PLAYSTATION 4 has been developed and is being fine-tuned and tweaked for an eventual release at the end of this year or early 2013.  When the previous version of the PLAYSTATION was released it quickly sold out in all stores that were carrying it.  Upon its release in June 2011 over 50 million units of the PLAYSTATION 3 were sold.  Some of the specs for the highly anticipated SONY PLAYSTATION 4 will include:

• Motion and dual shock controllers.
• The 3D visual gaming capabilities.
• A gaming console made of Eco-friendly components.  Approximately 60% of the materials are made of recyclable parts.
• There is an Eco-Start feature which will allow the user to save and restart the gaming process.
• The PLAYSTATION 4 will be designed to cut off every 30 minutes while it is not in use.  During the cut off period the component will automatically charge from a rechargeable cell battery.
• It is expected to have a 1.5 TB hard disk drive, USB 3.0 ports and an HDMI connect port.
• The PLAYSTATION 4 will be compatible with the SONY Ericson platform and SONY Bravia products.

When the PLAYSTATION 4 is finally released and distributed, SONY will still sell and support the groundbreaking PLAYSTATION 3.  The PLAYSTATION 4 is expected to have double the processing power of the PLAYSTATION 3.  The new console will be more energy efficient than the previous version.  SONY is looking to greatly improve the finally released PLAYSTATION 4 because a large portion of their gaming market share was taken by the rival Microsoft XBOX.  The new PLAYSTATION 4 will have full backwards compatibility with PLAYSTATION 3 and much of its functionality.  Technology is changing so fast, thereby increasing the expectations of consumers by leaps and bounds.  I can imagine both companies are trying to provide the most value for the consumers buck.  We will see what the final outcome will be for the new PLAYSTATION.  We can be pretty sure there will be long lines at retailers upon the release of the upcoming PLAYSTATION 4.  There may even be features that will go beyond the norm of what would be expected of a gaming console.
