DARK KNIGHT RISES Movie Theater Massacre!
There was a mass killing at the Century Aurora 16 movie theater in Denver, Colorado during the 12:30am showing of The DARK KNIGHT RISES today. Unfortunately 12 were killed with 59 people who were injured and wounded. The suspect James E. Holmes who at the age of 24 has been named the shooter. The suspect was armed with 2 handguns, a shotgun and an assault rifle. The suspect also threw 2 smoke canisters into the theater before firing the deadly shots. It has now been found out that the suspect is a P.H.D. drop out. The DARK KNIGHT RISES Movie Theater Massacre is among the worst to happen in American History.
It is very unfortunate that innocent movie goers could not watch their favorite movie in peace. There has to come a time when individuals who have serious issues do not take out their frustrations (for what ever reasons) on the innocent including women and children. We send condolences to all of the families affected by the senseless violence they experienced today at such a harmless event. May your hearts find a sense of peace during the aftermath of this senseless violence.
This is reminder for all of us to live life to the fullest. All of those who were killed could have never imagined that they would have died in a dark movie theater at the hands of a troubled gunman. I am pretty sure they anticipated going home safely after the movie to return to their families. At moments like this we realize that life is the true precious gift that we are blessed with every morning we wake up alive and healthy. All of the trivial concerns that we have in terms of bills, petty annoyances, and the pursuit of our careers goals pale in comparison to what the families of the individuals killed, have to endure at this time. Let this tragedy remind us to appreciate the very air we are freely breathing at this very moment.
