Denzel Washington – New Movie: SAFE HOUSE
The new action movie SAFE HOUSE features Denzel Washington as a rogue CIA agent who uses the name: Tobin Frost. He is considered to be one of the best CIA agents and of the highest caliber, but he has been up to no good. He has made the mistake of selling military intelligence information to the wrong individuals. He has traded secrets to North Korea and terrorist organizations. By doing this he has placed himself in a scenario where he now has a bad relationship with the U.S. government. He has been on the run for 10 years and has been basically untraceable until he was captured and brought in to a CIA run safe house for questioning. As Denzel’s character(Tobin Frost) is brought into a safe house in Capetown, South Africa to be debriefed about his rogue activities the facility is stormed by mercenary soldiers. The person who is assigned to be watching Denzel’s character is Matt Weston (played by Ryan Reynolds). His character has spent the past year in this same Safe House in a state of frustration because of it’s lack of activity. Matt is in the rookie state of his career (as an agent) and has been waiting for an opportunity to prove he can be promoted. Little does Matt know that once Tobin Frost arrives at the Safe House things will never be the same!
This movie was directed by the Swedish filmaker Daniel Espinosa who also made “Easy Money”. The movie was written by David Guggenheim. The main stars of the movie are: Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds. The music is composed by Ramin Djawadi. SAFE HOUSE will be distributed by Universal Pictures. The movie will be released on February 10, 2012. Other stars in the movie are: Vera Farmiga, Brendon Gleeson, and Robert Patrick.
