The NOOK Tablet is the top of the line tablet product in the Barnes & Noble lineup. It has more computing power and is the fastest of their tablet products. With the NOOK Tablet you have the ability to seamlessly stream HD videos. You can Web Browse at super fast speeds and within 10 seconds you can pull up your favorite books to read. The NOOK Tablet is built to enable the consumer to be able to quickly toggle between books, movies and games.

The NOOK Tablet has 16GB of storage and is expandable (to 32gb) with an SD card for reading, apps, video & music. With your purchase you have access to free NOOK Cloud Storage. This tablet weighs less than a pound and is 1/3 lighter than the IPAD. The NOOK Tablet has Adjustable Fonts, a built-in Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, Web & Email, Built in WI-FI, a Microphone and much more.
The field of contenders has started to widen and the price point is enabling, tablets and smartphones to eventually eliminate the Desktop PC. One can only imagine what kinds of capabilities the tablets will have 2 – 3 years from now. The competition is definitely heating up and the technology is starting to improve by leaps and bounds.
