In a day when mediocrity is becoming more common, quality needs to be at forefront of the creative or business persons mind.  Thousands of songs are being entered on I-tunes without regard to quality control.  It took a an economic crisis for the American car companies to take the production of cars seriously and try to truly compete with their Japanese and European counterparts.  These are just a few quick examples that are some signs of the times.  No matter how much money is being made from fads and get rich quick schemes, most of the things that have made the biggest impact on our lives have been created with quality in mind and a laser-like attention to detail.  There are absolutely no accidents.  Some people think that creation just happens.  At some level there is an aspect of intuition involved in creating, but quality control is at the core of any product that stands the test of time.

The finest in cars, cameras, watches, art, movies, music, and even clothing are created with quality and attention to detail in mind.  Even when it comes to character a human being has to work on themselves to be better.  They would have to ingest the greatest in books, culture, knowledge etc. which would in turn help to elevate how they think.  Nothing is an accident in life and quality is intentional.  The greatest in every field of endeavor have a philosophy of creation that helps them to generate works of quality and excellence that rise above the average.  Being average is not an acceptable premise for them to accept.  It should not be for us either.  If we want to create something that stands the test of time then Quality is Job One.
