The New Movie PROMETHEUS: Ridley Scott June 2012!
The new movie PROMETHEUS directed by Ridley Scott will be released in theaters in June 2012. PROMETHEUS the movie will be distributed by 20th Century Fox. The movie was created with the idea of it being a Prequel to the 1979 film ALIEN, Yet it is not connected with the story lines of those films. The new movie Prometheus would be a distant cousin to those films. PROMETHEUS was filmed in England, Iceland and Spain. The Producers for the film include Ridley Scott, David Giler, and Walter Hill. The music for the new movie PROMETHEUS was scored by Marc Streitenfeld who also did the music for the following movies:

The new movie PROMETHEUS is set in the late 21st Century. PROMETHEUS is actually a spacecraft on which a crew of people are exploring an extraterrestrial civilization that is highly advanced. On this spacecraft are a team of explorers who have discovered the beginnings of humankind on earth.
