It is easy to go after the things we want in life with awe-inspiring Will Power and Force.  We may even push people out of the way to get there even faster.  But when all of our physical attempts fail, what do we do?  Do we just keep pushing?  What is the perfect thought force that comes in handy, when our full blown willpower does not work?  It is the Patience To Let Go.  Patience is the mind state that lubricates the friction that willpower and force creates.  The Patience to let go will allow us to wait when our physical efforts no longer move us forward.

For me patience was a difficult mental trait to begin to acquire.  When you are young, you are taught to make things happen, or in other words force it into existence.  Having a calm patience under intense trials and pressure is a new mental language to learn for many of us.  In life things, events, and the cooperation of human beings will not necessarily move in our direction when we want them to.  Patience is definitely an aspect of mind that needs to be developed to the highest degree.  The Patience to Let Go seems to have an odd power when applied.  Patience is really the power to let go of our desire after we have done all that we can do.  Some how after acquiring the mental habit of patience and letting go (completely), the things we want seem more attainable.

The frustration that sometimes stems from impatience seems to be unbearable especially when we want things to happen our way and in our own specific time frames.  We want results right now!  We never realize that our goals may not happen because we are not ready for the manifestation.  The people who are destined to help us may not be in a frame of mind yet, to be of assistance to us.  There are many factors going on behind the scenes of our desire that we are unaware of.  Imagine how much more whole we would feel if we could practice letting go and having more patience.

Have you ever noticed that when we let go of our desire the things we want to happen seem to occur much faster?  There is an esoteric idea that implies that  impatience actually demagnetizes an individual and contributes to the repelling and delaying of their desired good.  On the other hand the energy behind patience and letting go makes an individual more magnetic and helps them to attract the people, places, and things that they want.  Thoughts contribute to our overall frequency and what we attract or repel in our lives.  The Patience to Let Go could be a major key that could change us, so the things we want would flow to us more naturally.
