VITAMIN A – (beta carotene) Gets an A+!

We have all heard of VITAMIN A, but do we know and understand the functions it helps to promote within our body?  It is funny that even though the importance of VITAMIN A is vital to our body’s growth and maintenance, these important facts about it are not publicized much at all.  It is even more interesting that there are fruits, vegetables and herbs that contain this VITAMIN.  If we eat the foods that contain VITAMIN A and take a Vitamin supplement we can infuse some powerful nutrients into our bloodstreams.  According to the “Nutritional Awareness Guide By The LEGION OF LIGHT” here are the functions of our bodies that are enhanced by taking this Vitamin:
