Piano Keys: A Lesson In Teamwork!, they are indeed.  Piano Keys that are different in sound and frequency can come together for a common cause.  That common cause could be a song, a movie score or even an orchestra arrangement.  The idea that the playing of these keys by an experienced composer or player can bring together and lead in the presentation of the most beautiful, magical melodies and harmonies.  The playing of one key alone would not produce any unique sound or melody worth listening to.  But if you take one key and partner that key with a few others, you could come up with a complete melody line with feeling.  Every key has it’s own unique characteristic sound based on how much pressure you put on it.  Just let those keys come together with a focused player (team-leader), then there would be no limit to the level of feeling and power behind that final product which would come to birth.  These keys just have to be organized by someone who actually can envision the final outcome and make it happen.  The organization of these keys does not involve competition of any kind.  It is just very important that they work in perfect harmony and be sonically “on key”.  All of us can tell when a sound is “off key”.  It does not produce the desired result which (when it is right) would be a song or sound that penetrates the heart and sends a thrill to the mind and body.  If you add genuine sincerity of purpose and love to the process, those “keys”  can be organized with these unspoken, unseen ingredients sprinkled on top of them.

Teamwork is so similar to the organized playing of piano keys or an instrument.  Especially when the hands are combined and pressed down on the keys to strike a strong resounding chord that can affect the inner and outer world.  When a brilliant team of people are assembled to create a product in the business world, the eventual product is a result of working in complete harmony in order to make something astounding.  That astounding product is a result of all team members focused to play their individual parts in order to intelligently come together as one.  Trial and error is basically the gradual practice necessary to obtain oneness of thought.  Even though each individual on the teams plays a different part in the project, all must come together in the end to form a harmonious unit that when eventually struck will create a tremendous powerful chord.  The team members are the different keys coming together for one common cause.  If one persons mental frequency is “out of key”, the harmony is off, and the end product produced will suffer.  Even though we may try to ignore it, we can always tell when the environment around us is somehow “off key”.  When the mental and spiritual chord we are pressing against the universe (around us) is consistently positive, good things gravitate towards us.  Our life becomes a complete reflection of the chords  our innate frequency is pressing out and playing.  We are the piano keys which create the songs (events) that surround us consistently.
